I found this subscription box to be so cute. There are two really cool dies that allow you to cut into paper, but it creates a perforated edge, so the recipient of the card gets to pull open the house/door to reveal a secret message underneath! It’s a great surprise. There are also other stamps and dies in this kit that are great for all sorts of cards. I decided to make a few smaller cards and tags instead of creating the usual size cards for mailing. I thought the paper and the dies were perfect for these smaller creations. This kit contains 210 elements including stamps, dies, satin ribbons, clear dew drops, patterned paper, solid cardstock, 18 card blanks and 18 envelopes. You can check out the subscription box site for the unboxing and a few demos – Crafters Companion Box site.

Sara Davies, the owner of Crafter’s Companion, always puts together a fun kit that is packed with lots of crafty items and new techniques. My kit was delivered with auto-ship through HSN as always. You can check out Crafter’s Companion website for more information. This kit, as always, is a wonderful bargain. There is a Facebook group that you can join once you subscribe which provides lots of community support and loads of examples; plus, Sara also has a monthly card kit site that you can refer to for demos/project pages.
Besides some glue and ink I didn’t use anything that wasn’t in the box. I highly recommend watching the card demos that Craig Laird posted on the CC Box site for some fun ideas and tips on how to line up the inside sentiment with the reveal door. Once you make one card the other cards will be super-fast to make. For glue, I mainly used a combination of tape pen (runner) and I used collall wet glue. I would also recommend the Crafter’s Companion glass mat. It is a true game changer for ink blending. Once you work on a glass surface you will agree!
Here are the cards I made, and I still have lots more materials from this box to make even more cards! Let me know which you like best…

I hope you have fun with this kit. Mix and match the stamps and dies for different looks. Let me know if you have any questions, and I would love to see what you create so please feel free to share! Happy Crafting!!
