The two main swirl dies in this kit are so beautiful. Each die is almost 2 inches by 5 inches, so they are large dies. Also included are several gold and silver mirror card sheets which is a first for the subscription boxes. That is what really makes the swirls stand out. This kit contains stamps, dies, organza ribbons, metallic gems, patterned paper, solid cardstock, mirror card, 12 card blanks and 12 envelopes. You can check out the subscription box site for the unboxing and a few demos – Crafters Companion Box site.

Sara Davies, the owner of Crafter’s Companion, always puts together a fun kit that is packed with lots of crafty items and new techniques. My kit was delivered with auto-ship through HSN as always. You can check out Crafter’s Companion website for more information. This kit, as always, is a wonderful bargain. There is a Facebook group that you can join once you subscribe which provides lots of community support and loads of examples; plus, Sara also has a monthly card kit site that you can refer to for demos/project pages.
Besides the kit, I decided to use tags and sentiments from previous card kits. I have a huge stash of left-overs, so i wanted to start to incorporate them into my latest cards. I highly recommend watching the card demos that Craig Laird posted on the CC Box site for some fun ideas. Once you make one card the other cards will be super-fast to make. For glue, I mainly used a combination of tape pen (runner) and I used collall wet glue. I would also recommend the Crafter’s Companion glass mat. It is a true game changer for ink blending. Once you work on a glass surface you will agree!
Here are the cards I made, and I still have lots more materials from this box to make even more cards! Let me know which you like best…

I hope you have fun with this kit. Mix and match the stamps and dies for different looks. Let me know if you have any questions, and I would love to see what you create so please feel free to share! Happy Crafting!!
