Craft Tools That Make A Deckle Edge

There are so many tools on the market you can use to create a deckle edge on your cards and paper projects, but how do you know which is best for you?

I put together a 2 minute video that shows you some options and describes some of the good and bad features for each.

I have also added a few cards so you can see examples of some of these tools too. I hope the video and pics help you decide what’s best for you!

For each of the 3 layers, I used the Tim Holtz guillotine so i could create custom sizes to fit this card
I used the Plaid ruler to tear the edges of the top layer of deli paper
The guillotine works great for custom cuts and it’s fast too!
Inking the edges helps to show off the deckle edge
Both of these next cards use the Deckle edge die set from the Stamps of Life
