The Stamps of Life October 2020 Stamp, Die Hard and Card Kit Clubs

I cannot express how awesome the October 2020 club stamps, dies and card kit are!! Besides a fun snow globe set, this month also includes so many adorable figures to put inside the snowglobes!! The stamp and die monthly set is called snowglobe2stamp (and dies) and there are two matching sets called extras4snowglobe (and dies) and snowglobe shaker dies. There were so many other great items that were released this month on the Stamps of Life website and on HSN; so go check them out – you won’t want to miss them (especially the gingerbread house fold-it that goes perfectly!

The monthly card kit is called “Peace” and of course it coordinates beautifully with all of the monthly sets. This kit is filled with vanilla envelopes, ribbons, mini pompoms, chipboard sayings, epoxy dots, patterned paper, a fun stamp set, the “Peace” die and shadow die along with a snowflake and shadow die. And once again, Ken and Stephanie decided to throw in even more dies for free! How generous of them!! This kit is worth it just for all of the dies! The cardstock included in the kit matches everything and features the following colors: Cloud, Storm, Gingersnap, Ocean, Sea Glass, Mint Chip, Cherry and Vanilla. All items can be found on the Stamps of Life website.

I have a bunch of cards to share and I hope you get some inspiration from them. I also created a few spinner cards as part of this set and several people asked me for instructions. Here is a link to my blog post that steps you through creating A2 and X-Card Spinner cards.

_{This is an aperture card (opening) – just use the globe die to cut the opening into the front of the card. I also created my own patterned paper with the stamps. I used strawberry ink on strawberry cardstock.}

I also created my own patterned paper with the adorable figures from the stamp sets.

I love the colors on this card – I raised the snowglobe up on adhesive foam tape for some added dimension.

This is the adorable gingerbread fold-it that goes perfectly with the gingerbread boy and girl, snowman and reindeer. I just love the gumdrops and candy shapes that come with this set!!

I used scrap paper left over from a bunch of the cards I made and I cut them into 1/2 inch strips and glued them to a card front for this fun background!

This snow globe was “spare parts” from the X-Card . It’s good to save the leftovers!
