I guess I have a lot of milestone birthdays around me these days (myself included). For this card I kept the design simple since I wanted to use holographic paper for the balloons. I actually got this paper at the dollar store and it came in a whole bunch of different colors. If the light hits it the right way, you see the whole rainbow. But… it also makes it difficult to photograph 😄
So the dies are from My Favorite Things (love them!!) and the set is called Die-namics Blueprint 26. Mftstamps.com has some really adorable products and very clever pouches to be used for shaker cards (a lesson for another day).
I used numbers (50) from the Stamps of Life which are designed for Sizzix by the Stephanie Barnard. And finally for the glitter card stock, I purchased the gold paper on HSNs Craft Day from Crafter’s Companion. This paper is worth every penny. It is very thick and extra glittery .
